FISH TAGINE WITH VEGETABLES

 FISH TAGINE WITH VEGETABLES : 


Ingredients: 

500 g of white fish fillets
2 of potatoes
3 carrots
2 tomatoes
Besltan
1 green pepper
A lemon
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin + a bit of saffron
1 teaspoon harissa (to taste)
Salt + pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger

Olives (to taste)

  

 Method: 

Prepare a mixture of spices: In a bowl, mix the coriander, garlic, spices and juice of half a lemon, salt and a little water .Wash the fish fillets and cut into pieces, and placed in a half Alhramoulh and set aside.Peel and my washing vegetables and slice slices, put them in a tagine over a little parsley and vegetables so as not to stick to the bottom of the tagine, then carrots, potatoes and onions, then arrange the fish, tomatoes, peppers and sliced lemon pieces in the remaining Alhramoulh and we add half a cup of oil and water and pour over the vegetables, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, then add the olives and simmer for a few minutes.
