  Trid Moroccan Chicken (rfissa) 


Ingredients: 
An untrimmed chicken and washed well
• 4 spring onions
• Turmeric (or saffron)
• The black pepper
• spice mix
• A small green Fenugreek (Halba)
• Many large green lentils
• A small green olive oil
• Salt
• A bit of margarine

• Rghayef (Msemen) Cut into small pieces.


Method: 

In a pot, we put the chopped onion, olive oil, salt and all the spices that I have mentioned, then the chicken, margarine and allowed to cook, stirring, for it not stick.

Then add the lentils, fenugreek and two liters of water and let it cook.Take a large bowl or deep dish pies and put in small pieces of Rghayef.Then put the chicken in the middle, and then begin to put the lenses and sides.Then, the broth is brought on the flat.
