Prepare the lentils on the Moroccan way

  ingredients :

250 g lentils
1 onion center
1 tomato
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 large tablespoon tomato paste, or tomato Center
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Saffron little
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1 tablespoon parsley
salt
Enough water for cooking


  Method : 

 Purified lentils well, washed and filtered, and placed in a saucepan add onions, tomatoes, minced garlic, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, black pepper, saffron, cumin and water enough. Put the mixture on medium heat, simmer until lentils, then add the chopped coriander, parsley and raise the amount from the fire.

 You can add small pieces of carrots or potatoes, small pieces or small pieces meat or sausage when cooking to taste.
